Meetings

Clubs, teams and parents should be aware of the following dates. Further information is available from the League Secretary.


  • Tuesday 2nd Sept - PreSeason Meeting - Mandatory for Club Secretaries and organisers at Club level.

    • At this meeting we will go through all the details of the new season. We will make sure there is plenty of time for Clubs to ask questions. We will focus on Club-level administration. All Clubs need to be represented so please send a deputy if necessary.

  • Thursday 4th Sept - Managers Meeting (mandatory for all NEW managers)

    • This meeting is aimed at all NEW managers although anyone who needs a refresher is welcome. We expect strong representation from the younger age-groups. We will also cover the role of the Respect Ambassador. Anyone new to this job should attend.

All meetings will be in the Nightingale Hall at the Rolls-Royce Social Club, Moor Lane, Derby. They will start at 7:30pm

1st Mar  - Return Of All Trophies
1st Mar  - Issue of Player Re-registration Summary Form by League
31st Mar - Club Continuation Notice
30th Jun - Latest Date For The Withdrawal Of A Team (Following Season)
31st May - End Of Financial Year
30th Apr - Nomination Of Officers
1st May  - Submission Of Proposed New Rules
1st Jun  - Return Of Club Membership/Application Form
1st Jul  - Return of Player Re-registration Summary Form
31st Jul - Latest Application For New teams To Join
16th Aug - Minimum Number Of Players Per Team Signed
